Vintage teak box with tile and opener

Vintage box of teak from the sixties. A tile is present on the upper side of the box and the box is in a small drawer with, inter alia, an opener. The condition is good, see the details. The dimensions are 23 cm long, 13.5 cm wide and 4 cm high.
