Svend Aage Madsen model SH 180 vintage design desk

Danish vintage design desk. A design by Svend Aage Madsen from the early sixties, model SH 180, for the Sigurd Hansen Møbelfabrik. The curved desk rests on an open frame in solid teak. The desk has six drawers at the front and an open space at the back for books or decoration. The desk is marked with a brand mark on the underside of the drawers. The condition is good, very slight discoloration visible in the top, see details. The dimensions are 149.5 cm long, 72 cm deep and 73 cm magazine height, including the raised edge, the highest point is 76 cm.
