Delivery time is 1-2 business days for the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery time is 7 to 14 days for most other countries. Sometimes it may takes up to 20 days.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.
We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
We sell our lighting without bulbs.
Our items are second hand and can have traces of use.
We hold reserved items up to 7 days. After these 7 days reserved items are offered for sale again.
Some large items are to fragile to ship by a transport company.
